Tracy Allen Tolbert was born on February 27, 1964, in Greenville, South Carolina, to Terri Tolbert and Margaret Burts Tolbert.

Tracy was a spiritual man with a southern hospitality. He was a provider, always caring for his family, even in the mist of his profound grief, that he endured through his great loss. Living with his health struggles, Tracy’s commitment to God has kept his faith strong whatever the storm. He always had an encouraging word to share with you. Tracy had a sweet heart.

Tracy was preceded in death by his parents, father, Terri Tolbert, mother, Margaret Burts Tolbert, late wife, Caroline Singleton Tolbert, and children, Saniah Gabrielle Tolbert, Felicia P. Singleton, Ameer R, Bentley.

Tracy is survived by his wife, Simone Baldwin of Greenville, SC, daughter, Alayna Tolbert, of McKeesport, PA, seven grandchildren, sister, Jarosa (JP) Parker, extended family and friends.
