Tanika Lynn Hampton, 48, of Clairton, PA was born March 22, 1974, in McKeesport, PA. She was the beloved daughter of Betty Jean Hampton and the late Jackie Bradford.
Tanika attended Clairton High School. She received her certification as a CNA and attended Empire Beauty School where she became a certified nail technician.
She was a loving, caring, and protective mother of five beautiful girls and even more of her six beautiful grandchildren who meant the world to her. She didn’t play about her kids and grandchildren for sure, she would do anything she could for them, but that was how she was about anyone she loved and cared about especially her family.
Her favorite song was “Way Maker by Sinach” she would play it over and over again. Her favorite color was red and if you know her she is rocking that red lipstick all the time when it came to fashion and getting dressed she was always on point. She would walk into the room and her presence was felt, she always turned heads. She was the life of the party, she was always ready for a good time. She also loved to eat ice if you know her knew she walked everywhere with that cup of ice, it doesn’t matter where she is at.
She was a God-fearing woman, a woman who knew the word and loved to listen to her gospel music. She will definitely be missed by her family and friends and those who she has had the pleasure of getting to know or have interacted with her.
Tanika departed this life on March 11, 2023. She was preceded in death by her father, Jackie Bradford, and grandmothers; Elizabeth (Dinky) Dumas and Rose Bradford.
