Sally Luerene McFadden was born December 19, 1940, in Clairton, PA. She was the sixth child of Watkins McFadden Sr. and Luerene Fulwood McFadden. born into the family and was raised along with her cousin Nathaniel McFadden. 

Sally attended Shaw Avenue School, graduating from Clairton High School in 1959.   Sally also graduated from the Community College of Alleghany County in 1976 with a degree in Applied Science and Nursing.  Sally was employed at the Mon Yough Day Treatment Center as a Psychiatric Nurse until she retired. 

Sally was a faithful member of First AME Church Of Clairton, where she served on the Flower Board and the Usher Board.  She was appointed the President of the Usher Board in 1974.  Sally also volunteered her service helping during the sale of fish dinners. Sally loved her family, friends, music, and traveling.

Sally entered rest on June 25, 2023.  She was predeceased by her parents, siblings Aaron, Kelly, Watkins, Jr., Ruth, Roosevelt, Juanita, and Cousin Nathaniel. 

Sally is survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins extended family, and friends.
