Rosalind Ann Russell, 66, of Washington, DC, was born April 6, 1956, in Braddock, Pennsylvania. She was the beloved daughter of the late LD and Mary Elizabeth (Howard) Russell. Rosalind departed this life on October 30, 2022, after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Ronald (Lemon) Russell, and sister Robin. Rosalind grew up in McKeesport, PA, and was a 1975 graduate of McKeesport Area High School. Following high school, she graduated from the Harrisburg Area Community College. She had a variety of jobs and lived in many areas across the country because she loved to travel. Rosalind is survived by her daughter Toinette Michele (Russell) Stevenson, son Garland Larry Webb, three siblings Rachel, Rita, and Richard (Donut) Russell, three grandchildren, aunts, cousins, and many other relatives and friends
