Robert Louis Youngblood, Sr.

Robert Louis Youngblood, Sr., 71, of Monessen, was born December 19, 1949, in Rock Hill, South Carolina.  The beloved son of the late Edward “Cash” Youngblood and Azlie Thompson Crosby departed this life on January 21, 2021, at home. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Edward, William, Albert, and two sisters, Janie, and Mary.

Robert, often known as “Jabo” was a loving, devoted husband and father. He worked as a Crossing Guard for 20 years for the city of Monessen.

Robert is leaves to cherish his memories, loving wife of 37 years, Brenda Youngblood; son, Robert Youngblood, Jr. of Monessen; daughter, Andreaka (Joseph) Axton of Charleroi; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sister, Rose Crosby; four brothers, Leroy (Mary Lou) Youngblood, Mason Crosby, Otis Crosby, Rosie Crosby, Bobby (Patrice) Crosby; host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
