Robert Jeffery Linnen

Robert Jeffery Linnen, Jr., also known as “Jizz” was welcomed into the world by his parents Shirley Fuqua and the late Robert Linnen, Sr. on December 3, 1979, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. From the precious age of one-month-old, he was raised by his grandmother, the late Margaret Linnen.  Robert went to school at the Clairton Education Center, where he graduated with the class of 1998. After graduation, Robert attended the Connelly School of Mechanics. He was a hardworking man, even as a child he delivered papers for Mr. D.D. He was once a laborer at St. Moritz until he decided to start his own company, Linnen & Ramsey Hauling.

Robert loved his children and family tremendously. He enjoyed socializing and hanging out with his family and friends. Vacation time was his favorite, he looked forward to his annual Miami trip with the fellas. Like most, he was an avid Steelers fan, he cherished going to the games, to eat and drink with his significant other, Tenika. Robert played football himself during his high school years. His hobbies included fishing and fixing cars. He coined the phrase “Don’t take no wooden nickels, and don’t give none either.”

On the morning of Thursday, September 23, 2021, a devoted father, loving son, and brother was called home. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Martha and Louis Fuqua, Sr. Robert is survived by his mother, Shirley Fuqua of McKeesport; son, Sincere Linnen; daughter, Sinurity Linnen; sister, Tosha Fuqua of Penn Hills; brothers, KiJafi and Che’ Fuqua both of Clairton; devoted companion Tenika Lawhorn of South Side; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
