Ramon Jaques Howard, 39, of McKeesport, was born November 2, 1985, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He was the beloved son to Dwayne Howard and Stephanie Bryan-Franklin.

Ramon Howard attended McKeesport Area High School all the way up until the 12th grade. He was a football player for the McKeesport Tigers, and he had a real passion for football. He attended the Boys n Girls Clubs of McKeesport. He also enjoyed watching football games, UFC boxing, and he always liked to go to the casino to gamble and bet on his games. His favorite team was the Baltimore Ravens. He has always been a good father, a great big brother and an awesome guy. All of his friends loved him! All of his family loved him, and he was there for everyone just like they would be there for him.  

Ramon departed this life on March 29, 2025, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He is survived by his beloved, parents; children, Amonashay Howard, Da’mire Howard, Anyla Howard, Dream Howard; two sisters, Minnie Howard, Stephanie Howard; three brothers, Larry Bryan, Jabar Howard, Arthur Franklin; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
