Kathleen Mae Cowans

Kathleen Mae "Kitty" Cowans, 55, was born May 4, 1966, in Braddock, Pennsylvania. She was the beloved daughter of Pearl Ann Cowans and the late James Cowans, Sr. Kathleen departed this life on July 14, 2021, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.

Kathleen worked as a Senior Caretaker for 20+ years. She enjoyed helping and taking care of others. She loved her family and friends with all of her heart. Her favorite hobbies included bingo, scratch-off tickets, listening to slow jams and binge-watching her favorite tv shows.

Kathleen is survived by her daughter, Shequala Cowans of Coraopolis; son, Vince (Lashon) Kelly, Jr. of McKeesport; two grandchildren, Vince Kelly, III, Vadyn Kelly; brother, James Cowans, Jr.; three sisters, Kimberly Bush, Terri Cowans, Chelsea (Kenneth) Knutsen; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
