The life of Deacon Joseph Randall, Sr.
A Time to be Born
We follow a pathway that has no certain end, as we travel through life day by day. However, he was reared by his maternal grandparents the late Chester and Mattie Bowden Mathis; also influenced greatly by his great-grandfather the late Flem Bowden.
A Time to Learn

Seeking a better life and being a firm believer of higher learning, he encouraged his children to further their education and follow their dreams. Deacon Randall wanting to keep up with the changing world around him, attended computer classes at Morning Star’s Computer School and obtained knowledge on new technology.
