James Elliot Payne

James Elliott Payne, 77, of McKeesport was born on October 14, 1942, to the late James McRuby and Alberta (Swaney) Payne in Elizabeth, PA. James passed away on August 19, 2020, in his home. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jean Edward Payne, three sons, Dewayne, Anthony, Mark Payne, and brother, George Payne.  

James is survived by his daughters, Myra  Payne-Greene, Kimberly (Princess) Payne, Robin Payne of Hampton, VA, Deitra Payne of Suitland, MD, Savana Little John of San Francisco, CA; sons, James  Payne, Jr. of Pittsburgh, Scott Payne of Cleveland, OH, Kymani McNelis of McKeesport; 24 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; sister, Ruby  Armella-Payne (Chester) Walker of McKeesport; brothers, Carl  Payne of San Francisco, CA, Kenneth Payne of McKeesport; nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.
