Henry "Hanky" Paige Jr.

Henry “Hanky” Paige Jr. was born on April 10, 1956, at McKeesport Hospital in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. Hanky was the youngest child born to Henry Paige Sr. and Willie Mae Matthews Paige.

He was raised in McKeesport, Pennsylvania along with his five siblings, sisters Gail and Cornelia, and brothers Bobby, DeWayne, and William (Bubba).

At a young age, family and friends noticed that Hanky had a talent for art. He practiced his craft throughout his adolescent years. After high school, his hard work and efforts paid off when he was accepted into, The Art Institute of Pittsburgh where he excelled. Hanky drew, sketched, and painted many unique and beautiful works of art.

As an adult, he expressed an interest in the Islamic faith and became a Muslim. He moved to Pittsburgh and later to Cleveland, Ohio where he spent the majority of his life.

Hanky passed away on May 1, 2021, in Cleveland, Ohio at age 65.
He is preceded in death by his parent’s father, Henry Sr.; mother, Willie Mae; sisters, Dollie, Cornelia, and brother William.

He leaves to mourn his passing, brothers; Bobby (Anica); DeWayne,

sister, Gail (James); and a host of cousins, family members, and friends.
