Mrs. Gerladine Elizabeth Greene (Glover), age 89, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 20th from natural causes. She was born on May 24, 1931, in Clairton, Pennsylvania to Thomas and Elizabeth Glover. She married her husband Robert Douglas Greene on September 30, 1950. Geraldine was a dedicated member of Morningstar Baptist Church of Clairton. She loved to bake and was known far and wide for her delicious lemon meringue pies. She also enjoyed bowling, playing scrabble, and camping at Lake Pymatuning.

Geraldine is proceeded in death by her husband of 61 years on December 26, 2011, and by her sister Victoria Howze and brother Raymond Glover. Geraldine is survived by sister Juanita Batton, her children Robert Greene Jr. (Debra), Rhonda Patterson (George), and Reid Greene (Michele); grandchildren Anita (Emmett), Andrew (Sarah), James, Jesse, Ashley, and Renee; great-grandchildren Ellie, Jorja, and Evan; and a host of beloved nieces and nephews, family and friends.

The family will hold a private service on Friday, January 22, 2021. A memorial service for extended family and friends will be held in the summer. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to The American Diabetes Association
