Elaine Session, 87, of McKeesport, PA was born March 16, 1937, in Homestead, PA. She was the beloved daughter of the late Thomas and Ethel (Brown) Session.

Elaine attended Homestead High School. After graduating she attended Presbyterian School of Nursing, Pittsburgh, PA where she earned her RN degree in nursing. Elaine was employed as a secondary school nurse for most of her career in the District of Columbia. After retirement, she relocated to McKeesport, PA.

Elaine was a member of Fresh Word Ministries in Duquesne, PA. She enjoyed writing and was in the process of writing a book about her family history.

Elaine departed this life peacefully on July 31, 2024, at her home in McKeesport, PA. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Henry Brown, grandmother, Lula Ann Sherman who raised her, mother, Ethel E. Session, father, Thomas B. Session, Sr., brothers, Duane Session, and Thomas B. Session, Jr.

Elaine is survived by her loving siblings; four sisters, Constance (Gale) Pollard, Barbara Session, Mary Lou Session McNeal, Paula Session; brother, Richard Session; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
