Desiree Thompson Obituary

Desiree Thompson was born on March 4, 1998. She was the first born to Curtis Thompson and Lindsay Tucker in Carnegie, PA. The Lord called her home on February 4, 2020 at Jefferson Hospital.

Desiree graduated from Phase Four Learning Center on May 21, 2018. She loved music and singing her favorite song “When I see You Again” by Fantasia. She loved everything neat and in order. Desiree loved shopping for her children and loved ones. She loved to brag about her famous Mac and cheese and that no one could make it better. She really looked forward to the holidays for all the cooking and good food. She really had a good sense of style and always made sure her or her kids whole outfits matched. Her house was decorated beautifully.

Desiree blessed us all with two amazing children to love. Landen who is two and a half and his chunky little sister Nova who is 7 months old. As a mother she made sure her children didn’t want or need for anything. She loved her children to the moon and back. There was nothing she wouldn’t do for them or her family. She always had her family or friends back. She loved to be surrounded by friends and family. There wasn’t a person she didn’t get along with, although she could be a tough cookie.

Some of you may have known her by, Ray, Desi , or Desi Fa Ray . However we all knew her as a best friend, a good protector, a mother , a sister , an amazing daughter . She leaves to cherish her memories, son, Landen Smith; daughter, Nova Thompson; mother, Lindsay Tucker; father, Curtis Thompson; siblings, Shavon Thompson , Tonya Tucker , Nijewl Long , Destiny Ollie Thompson and Erika Thompson. She had a loving and supportive extended family which included , Dale and Eddy Gaskill, Marilyn and Robert Long, Roseanne and Eric Greer. She was blessed to be an aunt to niece Annabelle Tucker and nephew Branden McCoy.

Desiree was special to all of us and blessed our hearts in so many ways . It is now time we share Desiree with her creator and Lord. Desiree you will always be loved and never forgotten.
