David A.  Hargro, 63, of North Versailles, was born August 10, 1961, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He was the beloved son of Ronald and Helen Mae Smithers Hargro.

David graduated from High School in Herndon, Virginia in 1980. He was employed as a maintenance supervisor in Silver Springs, Maryland. David was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed playing Play Station with his nephews.

David departed this life on March 19, 2025, at his residence in North Versailles, Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his parents, father, Ronald Hargro, mother, Helen Mae Smithers Hargro, and sister, Claudette Everett.  

David is survived by his two sons, Eugene Bush of Manassas, Virginia, and David Hunter of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; 8; grandchildren, and raised great-niece, Kadeesha Dorsey; four sisters, Phyllis Hargro of Forest Hills, PA, Shirley Hargro of Largo, MD, Tina (Terry) Shine of McKeesport, PA, Paulette Hargro Jenkins of Chicago, IL; brother, Ronald (Michele) Hargro of Friendsville, MD; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
