Charles Edward Fulpher, 56, of Duquesne, Pennsylvania, was born in Tuskegee, Alabama, on June 12, 1968. He was the beloved son of the late Robert L. Walker, Jr., and Mary Alice Fulpher.
At an early age, Charles confessed to Christ and became a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Midway, Alabama. He was a proud graduate of Bullock County High School and a member of the Hornets Basketball Team. He later attended Troy State University before making the noble decision to serve his country in the United States Marine Corps, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.
Charles worked throughout his life as a transporter, painter, and repairman. In later years, he made Duquesne, Pennsylvania, his home. Known for his loving and giving spirit, Charles was always ready to lend a hand and care for those around him.
Charles departed this life on April 27, 2025, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert L. Walker, Jr., and Mary Alice Fulpher, and his beloved son, Devonta Givens.
He leaves to cherish his memories of eight beloved children:
Shantavious Brunson (Martez), Adrianna Mack, Courtney Mack, Brandley Mack, Jadarrion Mack, Cedric Peebles, Curtis Washington, Justin Mack. He is also survived by his devoted companion, Jeanette Curley of Duquesne, PA, along with grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of friends.
