Barbara Jean (Jamison) Westbrooks

Barbara Jean Westbrooks, 68, of Clairton, departed this life on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at AHN Jefferson Regional Hospital.

Barbara was born September 6, 1953, in McKeesport, PA. She was the beloved daughter to the late Pearleen (Bristow) Jamison. She was preceded in death by her two sons, Charles Maurice Jamison, Teron Jamison, brother, Leroy Jamison, and sister Judith Jamison.

Barbara was a devoted member of the First AME Methodist Church of Clairton, Pennsylvania. Barbara “LOVED” to go fishing as a hobby, and gardening was one of her passions. She enjoyed traveling with her family and friends. When it was time to “celebrate” Barb enjoyed entertaining as the hostess.  Her reason was to bring the family together, and to make lasting memories. “We Will Always Remember Her Parties”

Barbara is survived by her loving family, six grandchildren, Chatera Jamison, Charles Jamison Jr., Kyra Jamison, Parrish Jamison, Matthew Jamison, ChaNikka Jamison, eleven great-grandchildren, Brandon Murphy, Ky’Chelle Dudley, Amiyah Jamison, Lariah Murphy, Charles Jamison III, Chaz’mere Peoples, Charlie Irizarry, Aniya Dudley, Omar Jamison, Hayden Jamison, Jakya Robinson,  three brothers, Paul (Brenda) Jamison of Clairton, PA, Hercules Jamison, Kennan Jamison; two sisters, Rose Detwyler, Maryanne (Juan) Hicks; a very special Aunt, Eloise Langley, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
