Anderson, Charles Cannon, Jr., 71 of North Versailles, PA departed this life on Wednesday, January 16, 2025, at Transitions Healthcare, Washington, PA. Anderson C. Cannon, Jr. was born in Kansas City, Missouri on December 2, 1953. He was the son of the late Alice Bryant and Anderson Cannon.
As a child, he learned about responsibility by working on his family’s farm. At 22, Anderson enlisted in the United States Marine Corps from June 1975 to August 1990. After leaving the Marine Corps he did some traveling and settled down in the city of Pittsburgh, PA. Anderson was an accountant, he was very good with numbers.
He purchased his dream home and had his first child. Anderson was a very hardworking man someone you can always depend on.
He loved making new modifications to his dream home. Anderson likes telling stories of his life, the experiences he had the lessons he learned, and how they helped shape him to be the man he was. He always was laughing and cracking jokes. Anderson had a good heart, always caring about others and he needed to go out of his way to help the people he cared about. Anderson was sweet, kind, and compassionate, so full of life. Anderson was the best dad, an excellent brother, a great friend, and an amazing man, he was well-loved.
Leaving to cherish his memory are his daughter Jianna Cannon, her mother Shirley Miller, his brothers, Alfred Cannon, and Sam Williams, and his sisters, Doris Cannon, Rosie Harrison, Minnie Nunally, Ruby Hutcherson, and Robin Hughes. Numerous nieces and nephews.
