Toni Joanne (Hill) Reid

Toni Joanne Hill-Reid, 70 was born March 17, 1951, in Wilmerding, Pennsylvania.  She was the beloved daughter of the late Myrtle Elizabeth Hill.  Toni departed this life on April 30, 2021, peacefully at the Monroeville Rehabilitation and Wellness Center.  

  Toni was a graduate of Duquesne High School. She was a dedicated housewife and mother. She treasured her children, grandchildren and embraced every moment with her family. Toni was employed by the Duquesne School District as a Bus Monitor and Teacher’s Aide. She loved music, her favorite artist was Kirk Franklin. She enjoyed singing, dancing, doing word puzzles, and eating candy. Her favorite pastime was talking to her beloved Ronald at the nursing home every day. Toni LOVED the LORD and to PRAISE HIM! Toni was a member of the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Duquesne, Pennsylvania.

Toni is survived by the love of her life, husband of 49 years, Ronald Reid, Sr.; two daughters, Nicole Reid of Duquesne, PA, Doreen Davis of Monroeville, PA; two sons, Ronald (Stacy) Reid, Jr. of Germantown, MD, Maurice Reid  (Sonia Miller) of Bowie, MD; she had a special relationship with her granddaughter Tionne, but she loved all 10 of her Grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren. She also leaves to cherish her memories, sister, Leslie Hill of Duquesne, PA; brother, Ernest Hill of Wilmerding, PA; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
