Thomas Smith, Jr.

Thomas Smith, Jr., 63, of Clairton, Pennsylvania, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at home.

He was born September 20, 1954 in Jeanette, PA, son of the late Thomas, Sr .and Willie Dean Anderson Smith.  He was also preceded in death by daughter, Kamila Nicholes. 

Thomas was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church in Jeanette and worked as an Over Road Truck Driver for J.B. Hunt.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Betty M. Smith of Clairton; daughter, Zenaida Smith of Clairton; two sons, Dontae Floyd of Uniontown and Maurice L. Saunders of McKeesport; eight grandchildren; two brothers, William Anderson of Greensburg and Leroy Smith of Pittsburgh; five sisters, Minnie Anderson of Alabama, Valerie Jean Smith of Jeanette, Mary (Bryan) Winton of Jeanette, Emma Smith of Jeanette, Florence Smith of Jeanette, nieces, nephews, cousins and many loving friends.

Friends will be received Saturday from 9-11 a.m. in the Mt. Olive First Baptist Church, 451 Park Avenue, Clairton, Pennsylvania, where services will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Dr. William C. Callaway officiating.

Entombment will follow in the McKeesport & Versailles Cemetery, McKeesport, Pennsylvania.
