Terry L. Crutchfield

Terry L. Crutchfield, 61, of Clairton, Pennsylvania, departed this life on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 in ManorCare Health Services of Shadyside.

She was born July 7, 1957 in McKeesport, PA, daughter of the late Leandrew and Charlie Mae Crutchfield; She was also preceded in death by her sister, Paula Crutchfield.

Terry was a member of Mt. Olive First Baptist Church in Clairton and worked as a Prep Cook for the Rivers Club.

Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Azaria Lsrael of Los Angeles, CA and Doneshia Erving of Clairton, PA; four grandchildren; three sisters, Cynthia Jenkins of Montgomery, AL, Donna Simpson of Winston-Salem, NC, and Sylvia Crutchfield of Clairton; three brothers, Fred Crutchfield, James Crutchfield, and Michael Crutchfield, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.

Friends will be received Monday, August 13, 2018 from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm in Mt. Olive First Baptist., 451 Park Avenue, Clairton, Pennsylvania, where services will begin at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Dr. William C. Callaway.

Interment will be private.
