Raymond Glover, Sr Obituary

Raymond Glover, 79, born June 13, 1941, in McKeesport, PA. The beloved son of the late Thomas and Elizabeth (Finkley) Glover, Raymond departed this life on September 13, 2020, at AHN Jefferson Hospital.

Raymond retired from the Bureau of Mines. He was on the Water Board in Clairton, and a member of the American Legion in Pleasant Hills. Raymond coached midget football in both Clairton and Pleasant Hills. He also helped out in the City Building with the recreation program.

Raymond is survived by his son Raymond Glover, Jr., Brandon Glover; two step-children, Tauja Gordon and Shawndale Brown; one grandson; sister, Juanita Glover-Batton of East Orange, NJ; caregiver, Rhonda Glover of Youngstown, OH; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Entombment and military honors will take place at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at a future date.
