Marian L. (Franklin) Nash

Marian L. Nash, 61, born and raised in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. She was the third child of her parents, the late Arthur and Violet (Robinson) Franklin. Marian entered this world on June 27, 1959 and departed this life on  April 24, 2021. She was preceded in death by her brothers Arthur Franklin, and Gary  Franklin.  

Marian graduated from McKeesport High School, class of 1977. Throughout her life, she held several jobs between Columbus, Ohio, and here in the Pittsburgh area. Her latest position was a Nurses' Aid. She was a dedicated mother first and foremost, who loved to cook. She had such a caring spirit because she would prepare a meal for any and everyone.

Marian is survived by her husband Gregory Nash, Sr; three daughters, Aketa Franklin (Myron), Asia Franklin,  Gwayla Nash (Deontae), all of McKeesport; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; brother, Melvin (Jackie) Franklin of N. Huntingdon, PA; two stepsons, Gregory Nash, Jr., Gregory Parker, Sr.; sisters-in-law, Terri Nash, Pat Presley; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
