John Dixon, III, 61, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 in Heritage Place, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

He was born July 28, 1957 in McKeesport, PA, son of the late John Dixon, Jr. and Jimmie Roberta Elizabeth Greer Dixon.

He worked as a Laborer.

Survivors include son, Derrick Dixon of Belle Vernon; daughter, Caylyn (Tyrone) Carter of Reading; six grandchildren; siblings, Audrey Hines of Braddock, Jacquelyn (Samuel) Givens of Elizabeth, Beverly Dixon of Atlantic City, New Jersey, Glenn Jones of Latrobe, Chandler (Shanika Rouchelle) Dixon of Okinowa, Japan, and Randy (Patricia) Washington of Ogden, Utah; devoted companion, Geraldine of Parham Wilkinsburg, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Interment will be private.
