Earl J. Robinson, III

Earl J. Robinson, III, was born on February 5, 1957 in Clairton, Pennsylvania, born to the late Barbara J Robinson Ross and Jesse A. Pierce.

He was called to his eternal rest on Monday, May 14, 2018 at his home in Clairton, Pennsylvania. Earl grew up in Clairton area surrounded by family and friends. He was a graduate of Clairton High School after receiving his high school diploma, he went on to attend the University of Alabama where he earned his Associate in Arts. Earl was employed as a licensed painter until his health began to decline.

Earl was very kind-hearted/giving person who would give you the shirt off his back. In his spare time, he loved cooking a good meal as long as rice was included! Earl passion was baseball he played for the Red Sox in his early years until he suffered from a knee injury. Most of all loved his family he was a devoted father, brother and grandfather he was a true soldier that seldom complained, he enjoyed life.

Earl leaves to cherish his memory his two daughters, Samantha Stowers of  Tucson, AZ, and Kayla Robinson-Moore with husband Frank of Denver CO, grandmother, Mary Hammond of Clairton, PA, grandson, Cameron Dinson of Tucson, AZ.; three granddaughters, Chyna Stowers, Chrysta Stowers of Tucson AZ and Kalayeh Moore of Denver, CO, four sisters; Janet Moses of Braddock, PA, Gloria Pierce of McKeesport, PA, Shaterra Walker of Duquesne, PA, Brandi Hoye of Penn Hills, PA, two brothers, Melvin Walker of McKeesport, PA, Eric Bradford of Birmingham, Alabama. He also leaves a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and other devoted family and friends who loved him.

Earl preceded in death by four brothers; Jesse Pierce, Earl “Tony” Pierce, Leon Pierce, and Tyrone Pierce.

Friends will be received Thursday, May 24, 2018, 4 pm - 8 pm at the Robert A. Waters Funeral Home, Inc., 449 Mitchell Avenue, Clairton, Pennsylvania.  Services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m.in Mt. Olive First Baptist Church, , 451 Park Avenue, Clairton.

Interment will follow in the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth, Pennsylvania 15037.
