DiJuan Dishon Bray, 24, of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, departed this life on Sunday, October 14, 2018 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.
DiJuan, affectionately known as “Booder”, was born on April 22, 1994 in Pittsburgh, PA, son of Danella Bray of McKeesport and the late Alphonso Francis.
DiJuan was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, where he was baptized. He was a 2012 McKeesport Area High School graduate and a former McKeesport Area High School athlete. He played on both the football and basketball teams. He went on to attend CCAC and worked as a Linen Processor for Fresh and Clean in West Homestead.
Left to cherish his memories are his mother, children, Mackenzie Bray and DiJuan Bray, Jr. both of McKeesport and their mom, Shaila Ashby; uncle and aunt, who reared him Lamont of and Sherlyn Butler of McKeesport; siblings, Lamont Bray of McKeesport, Esau Bray of McKeesport, Darrin Francis of McKeesport, Bryan Francis of McKeesport, Alphonso Francis of Braddock, Walt Womack of Penn Hills, Gregg Armstrong of McKeesport, Lydia (Darryl) Woods of Penn Hills, Shanise Hamlin of McKeesport, Juan Butler of McKeesport, TaShan Butler of McKeesport and Misty Bray of McKeesport, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many loving friends.
Friends will be received Friday, October 19, 2018, between 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the at the Robert A. Waters Funeral Home, Inc., McKeesport, Pennsylvania. Services will be held at New Beginnings Church, Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 12:00 pm with Elder Anthony Simmons officiating.
Interment will follow in the Grandview Cemetery, North Versailles, Pennsylvania 15137.
