Alease Wallace Paige

Alease Wallace Paige, 77, of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, departed this life on Sunday, February 3, 2019 in UPMC McKeesport Hospital.

She was born on March 22, 1941 in McKeesport, daughter of the late Clairetta Thomas Wallace and Iders Uriah Wallace and also preceded in death by her brother, Homer Wallace.  Alease married the love of her life Ocie L. Paige, Jr. on June 3, 1961.  She was a loving and devoted wife for over fifty-seven years.

In service to God and her community she was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and former member of Morning Star Baptist Church.  She was also a member of The Semper Fidelis Club, Lions Club of McKeesport, and the NAACP McKeesport Branch. Alease working in the banking industry for many years; She has also worked at Cox’s at the Charles Ritz and Flori Roberts Cosmetics counter. She had worked at Equibank, Union National, and then retired from Huntington Bank. 

Left to cherish their memories are her husband Ocie L. Paige, Jr, daughter, Daphne D. Paige (Jospeh); grandsons, Ocie L. Paige, III and Collin Paige all of McKeesport and many other relatives and friends

Friends will be received on Sunday, February 10, 2019 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the at the Bethlehem Baptist Church, 7116 Walnut Street, McKeesport, Pennsylvania, where services will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Earlene Coleman officiating.

Entombment will follow in the McKeesport & Versailles Cemetery, McKeesport, Pennsylvania.
