Adele met her husband English Webb Jr., while he was studying at Xavier University School of Pharmacology. English and Adele married May 13, 1950 and had a strong marriage of 66 years. Adele is survived by her sister Margery Watson (Detroit MI.), eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends who loved her dearly.

She was the community mom, and Adele’s home was always open to anyone in need of a meal or a place to stay.
“Life In A Day”
Before you were formed in the womb,
Your days were numbered and set in place.
They are the chapters of the lessons you came here to learn,
The faces of the wisdom this world has to teach you,
The gateways to the treasures this lifetime alone can bestow.
A day enters, opens its doors, and tells its story,
Then returns above, never—for no two days of your life
Will share the same wisdom
“Rabbi Tzvi Freeman”
This poem reflects what Adele freely gave to all, Her Wisdom!
